Who We Are

Ned has over 31 years of professional property management experience and provides management and consulting services to owners and investors on leasing, development, acquisition and sales. Ned has a Bachelor of Science from Montana State University in Agricultural Economics. He has achieved the RMP® designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and the CMCA® designation from the Community Association Managers Certification Board. Ned is a licensed real estate broker with a focus on commercial/investment real estate in Montana and Idaho, in which he represents Landlords and Tenants. He is past president of the Inland Northwest Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and is very involved in his community. He serves on the City Workforce Housing Task Force, and the Urban Renewal Board. Ned’s wife and family have been trying for years to get him to seek help for his addiction to old buildings.

Jennifer is the Financial Officer of Sandpoint Property Management and CPA. Jennifer owned a public accounting firm in Sandpoint, and practiced public accounting for 22 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Montana, with an emphasis in Accounting. Jennifer is also an instrument rated commercial pilot (you read that right). Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, flying, and swimming. Pretty much in that order.

Born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi, Jason has always had a passion for addressing the needs of the people in his community. As Regional Manager, Jason oversees the property management operations providing leadership and direction for the company's residential and commercial property management teams. His role includes overseeing daily operations, supporting staff development, improving business processes, and helping ensure consistent, high-quality service for property owners and tenants. Jason is the 2026 President of the Inland Northwest Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Outside of work, he enjoys embarking on road trips with his partner and their beloved Chihuahua, exploring the beautiful scenery of the Inland Northwest.

As a dedicated property manager with over 8 years of experience, I’m passionate about ensuring that every resident finds not just a place to live, but a place to truly call home. I believe that attentive service and a personal touch make all the difference, and I strive to make the moving process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. When I’m not helping people find their perfect home, you’ll likely find me exploring the great outdoors. I love spending time in the mountains or along the coast, soaking in the beauty of nature. As Maintenance Coordinator, Ariel takes pride in ensuring smooth operations, solving technical challenges, and maintaining efficient work environments. When not coordinating maintenance efforts, she spends time indulging in her passion for homesteading. Whether it’s tending to the garden, caring for animals (especially her horse Diego) or working on DIY projects, she finds joy in sustainable living. She also loves spending time with her family and exploring the mountains.

Meet your friendly neighborhood handyman, LJ, a skilled tradesman with a passion for fixing what’s broken. Raised in the charming town of Fairplay, Colorado, LJ developed a strong work ethic and a love for the outdoors. After attending the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, he gained invaluable experience in various roles, including assembly, stock room management, and installation supervision. His career has taken him from Grand Junction to Kabul, Afghanistan, and across North America, where he honed his skills and learned the intricacies of maintenance and repair. When he’s not busy tackling home improvement projects, you can find him enjoying time with his two dogs, one of whom joins him on the job, and his three playful cats. A passionate guitarist, he loves to unwind with music after a long day. He also enjoys hitting the golf course whenever he gets the chance, finding peace and inspiration in the game. With a dedication to his craft, LJ is always ready to help with any project—big or small!

With more than 22 years of local real estate experience, P.J. Nunley brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong commitment to serving both property owners and tenants. Her experience spans residential and commercial real estate, with her current focus primarily on commercial leasing and property management.

P.J. oversees the leasing process from start to finish, including developing lease terms, managing tenant files, marketing properties, and cultivating successful owner and tenant relationships. She particularly enjoys the dynamic nature of real estate and the opportunity to help clients achieve their goals.

Amelia is a Commercial and HOA Assistant Property Manager, supporting the leasing and management of our commercial properties and community management. I enjoy building relationships, helping tenants and property owners, and keeping things running smoothly while providing dependable, hands-on support throughout the property management process.

Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, whether that means hiking, paddleboarding, or simply enjoying time with my family. I enjoy staying active, exploring the outdoors, and making memories with the people who matter most.

Brenda is an outdoor enthusiast who feels most at home in nature. Whether she’s fishing, hiking, kayaking, camping, or exploring anything that gets her outside, she brings that same energy and passion into everything she does. When she’s not adventuring, Brenda enjoys spending quality time with her family—especially her son—and her beloved dog, Duke.
Brenda joined the company in 2025 and brings valuable experience in customer service and storage facility operations. Her warm personality, kind heart, and commitment to helping others make her a strong asset to our team.

As a Residential Property Manager, Jenny is passionate about creating and fostering vibrant communities and ensuring tenant satisfaction. Working closely with property owners and tenants, she streamlines communication, ensures seamless lease execution, and coordinates prompt, reliable maintenance solutions.

A resident of Sandpoint, Jenny is deeply connected to the local community and enjoys CrossFit, mountain biking, and downhill skiing in her free time.

Jeffrey is our dedicated Field Agent at Sandpoint Property Management. Originally from Northwest Ohio, Jeffrey earned a degree in Interior Design from Wayne State University. He spent a rewarding ten years in San Francisco, where he honed his skills as an Interior Designer before relocating to Sandpoint. Jeffrey passionately showcases our available rental properties to potential residents, conducts thorough inspections, and captures stunning marketing photos to highlight each property’s unique charm. His eye for design and attention to detail ensure that every listing stands out. Outside of work, Jeffrey loves embarking on road trips with his partner and their adorable chihuahua, exploring the breathtaking landscapes of the Inland Northwest.

Originally from West Virginia, Michael has called Sandpoint home for nearly 30 years. As a maintenance professional with Sandpoint Property Management, he’s known for his strong work ethic, practical skills, and creative approach to building and repairs. He takes pride in doing the job right and paying attention to the details. Michael is an avid skier and spent 26 years teaching children at Schweitzer Mountain.
