From the initial purchase and management of a 9-unit apartment building in 1993 Sandpoint Property Management has grown to be the largest property management company in Bonner County, Idaho, providing managerial and consulting services for both residential and commercial property. Under the direction of Mr. Ned Brandenberger, Sandpoint Property Management has established itself as an industry leader in property management with a portfolio of over 500,000 square feet of commercial space, including office, retail and industrial projects. Additionally, Sandpoint Property Management’s large portfolio of residential property includes houses, townhomes, apartments, and condominiums.
Sandpoint Property Management’s full range of consulting services include property analysis, market analysis, comparative market positioning, and renovation advice. As a management company, Sandpoint Property Management assumes a wide range of responsibilities, including thorough property inspections, tenant communications, maintenance & repairs, 24-hour emergency response, billing and collections, accounting and annual tax statements for owners, lease negotiation, and lease preparation. Ned has over 31 years of professional property management experience and provides management and consulting services to owners and investors on leasing, development, acquisition and sales. Ned has a Bachelor of Science from Montana State University in Agricultural Economics. He has achieved the RMP® designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and the CMCA® designation from the Community Association Managers Certification Board. Ned is a licensed real estate broker with a focus on commercial/investment real estate in Montana and Idaho, in which he represents Landlords and Tenants. He is past president of the Inland Northwest Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and is very involved in his community. He serves on the City Workforce Housing Task Force, and the Urban Renewal Board. Ned’s wife and family have been trying for years to get him to seek help for his addiction to old buildings.

Jennifer is the Financial Officer of Sandpoint Property Management. Jennifer owned a public accounting firm in Sandpoint, and practiced public accounting for 22 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Montana, with an emphasis in Accounting. Jennifer is also an instrument rated commercial pilot (you read that right). Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, flying, and swimming. Pretty much in that order.

In his role as General Manager, Jason oversees all aspects of the Property Management business. Jason was born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi and earned his degree in Psychology from Mississippi College. For over 20 years, he worked in the corporate retail sector as a Product Manager and Buyer for large department and specialty stores. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his partner and their beloved Chihuahua where they explore the local community and embrace the beauty of Sandpoint.
Maintenance Coordinator
As Maintenance Coordinator, Ariel takes pride in ensuring smooth operations, solving technical challenges, and maintaining efficient work environments. When not coordinating maintenance efforts, she spends time indulging in her passion for homesteading. Whether it’s tending to the garden, caring for animals (especially her horse Diego) or working on DIY projects, she finds joy in sustainable living. She also loves spending time with her family and exploring the mountains.
Accounting Assistant
With a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas State University, Jennifer brings over 20 years of experience in the Luxury Property Management and Accounting industry. Originally from Texas and raised in Louisiana, Jennifer has had the privilege of managing luxury properties across Texas, Nebraska, and Illinois. My extensive background has equipped me with a deep understanding of the intricacies of luxury property management, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service and support. Outside of her professional life, Jennifer loves traveling, biking, and embracing all things natural. Whether it’s exploring new destinations or enjoying the great outdoors, Jennifer finds joy in every adventure.

Born and raised in Boise, Idaho, Gabe has a deep appreciation for the vibrant community and beautiful landscapes that surround North Idaho. A prior to becoming a licensed realtor, Gabe honed his skills as a maintenance technician for an apartment complex in downtown Boise. Outside of Gabe’s professional life, he thrives on staying active and connecting with nature. Gabe is a dedicated fitness enthusiast and when not working or training, you can find Gabe enjoying the great outdoors and exploring the trails of North Idaho. Fun fact; Gabe's parents were both body builders, and Gabe was named IDAHO STRONG MAN in 2019.
Born and raised in Quartz Hill, CA, our dedicated maintenance technician made the move to Idaho in 2015 to be closer to his twin brother, Donald. With eight years of experience as a handyman, he brings a wealth of knowledge from his background in construction, electrical work, and painting, combined with a creative flair. Outside of work, he loves spending quality time with his wife of four years and their two kids. When he’s not on the job, you can find him off-roading and working on his vehicles, indulging in his passion for all things mechanical. With a unique blend of practical skills and artistic talent, he’s committed to ensuring your maintenance needs are met with precision and care.
Meet your friendly neighborhood handyman, LJ, a skilled tradesman with a passion for fixing what’s broken. Raised in the charming town of Fairplay, Colorado, LJ developed a strong work ethic and a love for the outdoors. After attending the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, he gained invaluable experience in various roles, including assembly, stock room management, and installation supervision. His career has taken him from Grand Junction to Kabul, Afghanistan, and across North America, where he honed his skills and learned the intricacies of maintenance and repair. When he’s not busy tackling home improvement projects, you can find him enjoying time with his two dogs, one of whom joins him on the job, and his three playful cats. A passionate guitarist, he loves to unwind with music after a long day. He also enjoys hitting the golf course whenever he gets the chance, finding peace and inspiration in the game. He spent a rewarding ten years in San Francisco, where he honed his skills as an Interior Designer before relocating to Sandpoint. Jeffrey passionately showcases our available rental properties to potential residents, conducts thorough inspections, and captures stunning marketing photos to highlight each property’s unique charm. His eye for design and attention to detail ensure that every listing stands out. Outside of work, Jeffrey loves embarking on road trips with his partner and their adorable chihuahua, exploring the breathtaking landscapes of the Inland Northwest.
