Ned has over 25 years of professional management experience. He provides management and consulting services to owners and investors. Ned holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Montana State University and is the current president of the Inland Northwest Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Jennifer Brandenberger » RMP®, CPA, CMCA®

Jennifer is the Financial Officer of Sandpoint Property Management, Inc. She owned a public accounting practice in Sandpoint for 23 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, and is a licensed CPA in Idaho and Washington. Jennifer is also a licensed pilot.   Jennifer enjoys flying, swimming and spending time with her family.  Jennifer and Ned have two boys, Luke and Will. If you have any questions about your accounting, she would be happy to hear from you.


Sandy Sanford » Office Manager, Commercial Property Manager, RMPC®, Licensed MT Property Manager

Sandy originally hails from the East Coast where she developed a strong background in real estate as a licensed realtor and loan originator. As Office Manager, Sandy keeps her finger on all facets of the company.  She believes in constant communication to ensure a better understanding of the needs and expectations of our clients. You’ll never find Sandy without a cup of coffee and a positive attitude. Her previous endeavors include managing home rehabilitation projects, editor for the State of Maryland and starting a family owned flower shop. Sandy enjoys spending with her husband and their two kids, whether they are hiking outdoors or watching football, they are all smiles.


Marah Jacobs » Residential Property Manager

Marah had no idea how fun property management was until she joined SPM. In her past life she was a delicious chef. Her dedication to her clients is unparalleled. Marah brings creative thinking, high energy and perseverance to the office. Marah has strong convictions that building a concrete foundation of trust with her clients is the way to lasting success for everyone. You can rely on Marah to respond in a timely manner and if you’re lucky she’ll share a few secret baking recipes with you. When she is not in the office, you’ll find Marah and her husband enjoying the open road, camping and barbequing with friends.


Misty Black » Residential Property Manager

Misty will greet you with a smile and an eager attitude to help. She brings consistency and stability with her quick and accurate assistance in every area of the company. Misty has an eye for streamlining procedures that produce greater attention to detail, which provides the entire office the opportunity to be more productive. Misty and her husband relocated their family to Idaho to enjoy the great outdoors and more family time.


Shelly Blankenship » Receptionist

Shelly fell in love with the little town of Sandpoint with the great big lake in 1983.  Shelly has a passion for customer service.  Outside the office Shelly is a sports fanatic and supports many of our local teams.  If you don’t find Shelly in the office she is out on the lake, fishing, camping, or kicking back on the pontoon boat with her husband.  She also drives buses for the local school district and this has earned her the esteemed masters’ degree of the county roads. If your GPS fails you, fear not, Shelly will come to the rescue with the right directions!


Keith Ozbun » Maintenance

Keith is a native of the Sandpoint area and wouldn’t have any other way. He is the driving force behind our maintenance team. He has knowledge of all things maintenance and has specialty skills unlike most other technicians. Keith prides himself on hard work and problem solving with a smile on his face. When he is not providing excellent service to our clients, you will find him fishing and enjoying the outdoors with his wife and kids.
