Sandpoint Property Management has 9 full-time employees who are responsible for a large portfolio of furnished and un-furnished single family homes, multi-family housing, apartments, condos, townhomes, and approximately 500,000 square feet of commercial space including retail, office, warehouse, industrial and mixed-use. Sandpoint Property Management has a full maintenance department and is accessible 24 hours per day. Ned Brandenberger » President, RMP®, CMCA®, REALTOR® , Licensed MT Property Manager

Ned has over 25 years of professional property management experience. He provides management and consulting services to owners and investors and is the founder of Sandpoint Property Management. Ned holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics from Montana State University and is the current president of the Inland Northwest Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Ned’s wife has been trying for years to get him to seek help for his addiction to old buildings. Read Ned's Resume...


Jennifer Brandenberger » CPA, RMP®, CMCA®

Jennifer is the Financial Officer and CPA of Sandpoint Property Management, Inc. She practiced public accounting for 22 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, and is a licensed CPA in Idaho and Washington. Jennifer is also an instrument rated commercial pilot (you read that right). Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, flying, and swimming. Pretty much in that order.


Misty Black » Property Manager, RMPC®

Misty is highly organized, always thinking ahead, and strives to go that extra mile for clients. Her creative, enthusiastic and caring nature are a perfect match for an owner/tenant liaison. It’s not every day you find someone who looks out for her client’s best interest from the beginning. The camera loves Misty, and we all know she was a meteorologist in a former life.


Rebecca Sanchez » Property Accountant

Rebecca has been with SPM for over 10 years and can solve just about any accounting issue. When she’s not at work, she can be found (or not) dragging her husband and three kids through the wilderness from mountain top to mountain top. Born and raised in Canada, she is really, really, Swiss.

Tina Sowler » Property Accountant

Tina was born in Seattle and raised in the Seattle-Metropolitan area. Sandpoint is her first residence outside of Washington State in over…many decades. Tina is a graduate of both the University of Washington and Western Washington University, and has been fortunate to have two very different careers in software development and teaching. She considers herself to be semi-retired, although she enjoys working to keep connected and to challenge herself. The move to Sandpoint has been a positive experience for her as it offers many outdoor activities and four distinct seasons, with a small town feel that makes everyone feel welcome.

Caleb Jeffries » Assistant Property Manager

Caleb was born and raised right here in Sandpoint, making him very familiar with the area and happy to help with any questions you might have about it! He went to school in Portland, OR and earned an Entry Level Bookkeeping Certificate. His problem-solving skills and history in customer service will serve to help you with any issue you might have with ease and enthusiasm. When he’s not in the office you’ll find him on the disc golf course, renovating his RV, or honing his Kendama skills, which he plays at a professional level. No kidding, he’s a professional Kendama player.

Nathan Kemp » Maintenance Coordinator

Nathan originally hails from Northeast Ohio where he earned degrees in creative writing and taught English at The University of Akron. Prior to SPM, Nathan operated a handyman service with his brother in both residential and commercial settings. Nathan and his wife recently relocated and now call north Idaho home. Fact; Nathan has a master’s degree in Poetry.

Keith Ozbun » Maintenance Technician

Keith is a native of the Sandpoint area and wouldn’t have any other way. He is the driving force behind our maintenance team and is a modern-day MacGyver. He has vast knowledge of all things maintenance and has specialty skills unlike most other technicians. It’s hard not to feel mediocre around this guy. Keith prides himself on hard work and problem solving with a smile on his face. Keith enjoys working on his house (unreal, right?) and spending time with his wife and kids.

Adrian Quinn » Maintenance Technician

Adrian has lived in London, South Africa, Southern Rhodesia, New Zealand, Australia and Kirshchberg Austria. He completed formal training as an electrician in New Zealand and spent 20 years as owner/operator of Club Habitat, a hotel/bar in Austria. Ever talk to Adrian? He will make your day better! We're not kidding. He's also a convicted chocolate thief and an authority on Yak Butter.
